Institutional Identity

EUFUA operates as an institutional EU–Ukraine interface, connecting Ukrainian stakeholders, projects and expertise with European policy, programme, financing and professional environments.

Our founding rationale combines two strategic objectives: strengthening Ukraine’s institutional integration with the European Union and increasing the capacity of Ukrainian actors to participate effectively in Europe’s economic, investment, regulatory and professional systems.

Recovery, resilience and accession are treated as connected processes. The platform translates Ukrainian initiatives, institutional realities and partnership formats into clearer, governance-mature and EU-readable pathways for substantive engagement.

It covers mandate clarity, governance and accountability, conflict-of-interest safeguards, data protection, procurement and implementation context, and risk-aware preparation across recovery and integration environments.

Core Mission

EUFUA strengthens the institutional interface between Ukraine and Europe.
